Every ingredient used in Bang Cookies is organic or natural, GMO-free, and we don’t use any preservatives, artificial flavors, or stabilizers.

First, we use the most wholesome ingredients that are full of minerals and nutrients.

Second, unlike the usual cookies, they are rich and buttery without being too sweet. They’re not quite like American soft cookies, but somewhere in the middle of crispy and crumbly cookies that will melt in your mouth. They’re delicious buttery cookies baked to perfection like no others!

Einkorn is one of the ancient flour next to Spelt and it is the oldest and only wheat that has never been hybridized and has only two sets of chromosomes.

It lacks the gluten proteins that trigger symptoms of gluten sensitivity and its weak gluten makes it easier to digest.

Not only it is higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates than modern wheat, it is richer in carotenoids, B vitamins, and essential and trace minerals than modern wheat! 

Einkorn Flour is not gluten-free. But it has the lowest glutenin content and it is said after switching to Einkorn flour from regular flour, the symptoms of gluten sensitivity subsided. 

If you are allergic to gluten and you have celiac disease, Einkorn flour should be avoided.  However, it can be a healthful grain option for those with gluten sensitivity.

100% Grass-fed butter is a kind of butter that is made from a cow that has only been eating grass throughout the year without any grains.

Grass-fed cows are allowed to graze on green, grassy pastures, which is the best food source for them and the one they’re physiologically designed to eat.  

Compared to regular butter, grass-fed butter has been found to be higher in vitamin K2 and healthy fats, such as omega-3s and CLA. It also contains less saturated fat and more polyunsaturated fat than regular butter.

We stick with Organic 100% Grass-fed Butter to avoid pesticide use on the farm or use of antibiotics on the cows.
